My apologies dear followers, I have been slacking. I’ve been home for the holidays and haven’t really managed to keep up with my usual strict workout schedule. The gym is closed for two weeks here. I have a tooth that’s really sensitive, so if I eat any sweets like Caramels and stuff, it hurts so bad. It’s going to save me a lot of weight I’d say. It’s the chips that get me though. Empty delicious calories. I love the salt too much.

To all my followers
You know I am a blog about weight loss. So if you have an ipod touch or an iphone I definitely recommend the Nike Training club app. It’s amazing. I did the butt buster yesterday, I actually didn’t finish the whole workout because I had other things to do, but it is actually amazing. My ass actually hurts to sit on right now. Test it out for yourself and let me know what you think!
