Biography

So I’m HJ.

I figured out why I got fat. Ever since I was 4 years old, every summer I would play baseball. I played it all summer, and I went to a rec program. During the school year, I was on every sports team imaginable. I have wrestled since I was eight years old. As I wrestled I always felt slightly bigger, because my friends I wrestled with were 56 kgs, and I was 64. That used to make me feel bad about myself. But now I realize, I wasn’t that big. My parents used to limit me. I was only allowed to eat junk food on the weekends. And that was fine and dandy, but when I discovered I could go against there orders and eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, I gained  A LOT of weight. The fact that I no longer wanted to be active definitely added to it, so I quit wrestling, no more baseball, I only played softball at the beginning of the year. This caused me to gain 40+ lbs. 

Now I am working to take it, and more off. 

I’ve been trying to lose weight and it’s been a struggle.

Last year I had the great idea of eating only 1000 calories or less a day. That set me on the wrong track, so I’ve found a different way for weight loss. Working out and eating healthy.
I hope anyone who follows me and wants advice or help feels free to ask me anything!
