  • Deny yourself treats once in a while
  • Starve
  • GIVE UP COFFEE BECAUSE IT IS THE SWEET NECTAR OF THE GODS

Do

  • Eat decently 
  • Allow yourself treats once in a while
  • Eat lots of yummy fruits and veg ( and possibly vag if you are a lesbian or male hehehehhehe>;))
  • Work it outttt
